The information on the product is accurately mentioned to help buyers to make a better informed decision before buying but there are times when things do not go as planned and the item may not look the same as shown digitally. At this time, we request you to email us within 3 days of receiving the item. We will send you a return authorization label.
You may return a brand new item within 14 days of receiving it. Returns are refunded in the original payment form for the merchandise price, less 25% restocking fee. We will not re-stock items if they have been used and show any wear & tear that affects it from re-selling.
A return authorization label + prepaid return label will be provided in most cases. We ask customers to save the tracking number as shown on the return label so to track at their end for the return. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit when returning. Refund will be processed within 3-5 business days after the item has arrived to the warehouse and it has been inspected.
Damaged and defective products will be refunded fully.
Our warehouse takes utmost care in packing, handling and shipping products. Even then items unfortunately get damaged on arrival. There can be multiple reasons which includes carrier handling. In order for us to claim any damage from carriers, we request you to provide pictures of the entire product as well as the damaged area.
Taxes charged are refunded in accordance with state and local laws.
