Shipping + Handling

Due to COVID-19 related factors and carrier shipping constraints, many items are subject to extended processing and shipping timelines. The safety and health of our customers, employees, and partners is our top priority. Our delivery partners are committed to following all public health and safety guidelines and as a result, there may be occasional delays in some regions.

We offer free shipping on most items that can be shipped via standard ground (USPS, UPS or FEDEX) to the lower 48 United States.

For shipments outside of the lower 48 contiguous states (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, APO Addresses and all other international countries), please call for a shipping quote.

When your order is processed, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and confirming that your package has been sent. You may track the shipment directly on the carriers website.

Most purchases are shipped via UPS or FEDEX to arrive within 7-14 business days upon receipt of order. Carriers schedule deliveries Monday through Friday between the hours of 9am-8pm. Many of the deliveries do not require a signature and will be delivered at the front door or porch. For oversized items, freight companies will contact you via phone to schedule a delivery date and time that works for you. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by email. We request you to be patient with deliveries in these trying times.

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped, and is fully insured. Our carriers require that damages be reported within three days of receiving the shipment. When your item(s) arrive, you have 3 days to report any damage. Be sure to keep all packaging materials for returns. We will require photo documentation of any damage to both the item and the packaging to proceed with a claim. If these terms are not met a return may be denied.

Please feel free to email us at or chat with us via the chat service on the website. We are available to assist you Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm (CST), and Saturday through Sunday from 10am to 2pm (CST).

Note: Items ordered together may not arrive together.

The blue lotus is closely connected with the Egyptian culture, where the symbol of a blue lotus was used as a metaphor for rebirth, creation and the sun.

Even in Buddhism the blue lotus plays a key role where it’s color is thought to be associated with a victory of the spirit.

The idea behind Blue Lotus Homes is to revive the creativity within oneself. There is no doubt that creativity is one of the most important human resource. Without creativity, there would be no progress, and we would be forever repeating the same patterns.

I believe our homes are our happy place, a place we go to for comfort and respite. So when you decorate a space you should never design it from the perspective of what you want others to see, but from the heart.

Know About Us

We have a huge selection of handmade, repurposed products. We collaborate and work closely with well reputed manufacturers within United States and those who empower skilled artisans and farmers globally helping them build a sustainable life.

Please be aware that some products may have slight variations as they are made by hand by an expert in their field. Included in the making of the product is the time, energy, hours of work, and - most importantly, heart.

Remember that interior designs don't need to be austere to be beautiful. In fact, a room that contains mixed elements that are unique, warm, and culture rich can be more inviting and just as “clean” as that of the popular Scandinavian designs. Even industrial designs can be inviting when juxtaposed with the whimsical. It's all about selecting the right pieces to complement the space.

So indulge in what Blue Lotus has to offer. Feel free to connect with us over Chat or email if you have any questions.
